ESP 2: Strategic Environmental Assessment Applied in Local Development Plans – National Technical Assistance
We provide consultancy services to support MoHA in: (1) establishing the necessary regulatory framework for SEA application in regional spatial and development planning; (b) undertaking capacity building efforts in the country, including capacity development within MoHA and local governments as well as within university and NGO networks; and (c) facilitating selected local governments in applying SEA in regional spatial and development planning.
