This manual contains guidelines for preparing and conducting training of trainers for SEA Trainers. The main objective is to deliver materials on Strategic Environmental Assessment to trainers, which is come from Local Trainers (eg from the Environmental Research Centre).
This manual consists of two major groups, namely Manual for Trainers and Hand-Out for Trainee. The material contained in section 1-3 specifically for trainers and section 4 is a material that can be distributed directly to trainee. Section 4 consists of reading material and hand out for trainee. Hand out for trainee is an integral part of training manual for trainers. The use of manuals customized to the objective of the learning process based on the structure of training that includes the dimension of cognitive, affective, and motor. This manual describes each topic in general to being applicable in different situations and needs.
